If you thought the Ram 1500 TRX was already a head-turner, wait until you see the new Havoc Edition. This limited-production model takes the already outrageous performance truck and adds a splash of Baja Yellow paint, making it stand out even more. The Havoc Edition is not just a cosmetic upgrade, though. It also comes with some exclusive features and equipment that make it one of the most desirable versions of the TRX.
The Ram 1500 TRX is a pickup truck's ultimate expression of power and capability. It packs a supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI V8 engine that delivers 702 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque, making it the most powerful production truck ever. It can sprint from zero to 60 mph in just 4.5 seconds and reach a top speed of 118 mph. It also has an advanced four-wheel drive system, adaptive suspension, and massive 35-inch tires that allow it to tackle any terrain with ease.
The Ram 1500 TRX Havoc Edition takes this impressive package and adds some unique touches that enhance its appeal. The most obvious one is the Baja Yellow exterior color, which is exclusive to this model and gives it a striking appearance. The yellow paint contrasts with the black grille, front fascia, fenders, bumpers, and decals that adorn the body. The Havoc Edition also features 18-inch black beadlock-capable wheels ready for off-roading, a Mopar deployable bed step, and a spray-in bedliner for added convenience.
Inside, the Ram 1500 TRX Havoc Edition continues the yellow theme with prowler yellow stitching on the leather-trimmed seats, doors, dash, and center console. The console also has a special badge that honors the supercharged engine under the hood. The steering wheel has carbon fiber accents and paddle shifters, while the dual-pane panoramic sunroof lets in more natural light. The Havoc Edition also comes with a host of standard features that are usually optional on the regular Ram 1500 TRX, such as adaptive cruise control, a head-up display, carbon fiber interior trim, and more.
The Ram 1500 TRX Havoc Edition is not for the faint of heart or the shy of wallet. The Havoc Edition will go on sale in early 2023 with a starting price of $106,445, which is $10,000 more than the base Ram 1500 TRX. It will also be very limited in availability, as Ram has yet to disclose how many units it will produce. If you want to get your hands on one of these bright beasts, you better act fast and contact your nearest Ram dealer as soon as possible.
