The Furion M1 is a plug-in hybrid motorcycle concept that's still in development. This bold concept from French designer Marc Evenisse aims to bridge the gap between performance and efficiency by combining two interesting power sources: a Wankel rotary engine and an electric motor.
Wankel rotary engines are known for their smooth power delivery and high horsepower-to-weight ratio. However, they also tend to be less fuel-efficient and produce more emissions than traditional piston engines. Electric motors, on the other hand, are silent, efficient, and produce zero emissions. By combining these two powertrains, the Furion M1 promises to offer riders the best of both worlds: exhilarating performance with low emissions and high fuel efficiency.
